FAQ

Booking is a breeze! Simply fill out the bookingform with your desired experience and date and I'll send you a quote with all your requested details. Please allow 1-2 business days for email responses. I recommend booking 3-5 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Your party is not officially booked until a 50% non-refundable deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to event.

Each teepee requires around 6.5 ft depth, 3ft width, and 4ft high. They can be arranged in various configurations (line-up, semi-circle, aisles) depending on your space. Please make sure you have an open area, a clutter free room, and a safe space for the kids to sleep. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure there is enough space to accommodate the teepees with an open and unobstructed walkway to allow guests to get in and out of teepees safely. Usually a 12 foot by 12 foot room is large enough for a party of 5.

Your rental will be overnight. We will decide and agree on a time to drop off and pick up. Additional night(s) can be purchased for an additional discounted rate but must be discussed during booking.

Tent set ups can be used for photo shoots as well. Please contact me for more information.

I do not stay and host the party, but I will ensue that everything is set up as you need it.

Tents are made for the indoors. If you would like to set up an outdoor experience, please mention that on the booking form and we can discuss options.

Please allow 45 minutes to 1.5 hours for set-up and approximately 30-45 minutes for take down. These times will vary on party size.

Blissful Dreams & Good Nights does not refund any cancellation. Events must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original party date.

All items are cleaned after every event. Our sheets, mattress covers, blankets and pillowcases are all laundered using detergent that is hypoallergenic. All remaining items are wiped down with either disinfectant wipes or spray.

If you purchase a full package experience and live within 10 miles of Sylvania, OH there will be no additional travel expense. Any location more than 10 miles is subject to a $2 per mile fee. Email me for questions or concerns.

I ask that guests bring their own sleeping pillow. Sleeping pillows are not provided for sanitary reasons. Otherwise, all other comforts and supplies are provided.

Call me as soon as possible. I will make every attempt to work with you. I can not guarantee that I will be able to provide additional tents due to other bookings.

Don't see a theme that you are looking for? Please contact me directly and we can discuss and create a custom theme for your special event for an additional price. You must book at least 3 weeks in advance for this option.

Only one person is permitted in each tent for safety purposes.

I ask for an empty room, or as much space as possible. All furniture and other large items should be removed prior to set up and arrival. I DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. I ask that each room is large enough to host the space for tents, mattresses, and décor. Please make sure to measure out space beforehand as I am not responsible for party items not fitting. Additional fees may apply if extra time is required to prepare party space.

To eliminate damage to the linens, mattress, tents, and décor I ask that light dry snacks and clear beverages be consumed in the tents. This is a great time to take advantage of the tray provided with each tent! I take pride in the cleanliness and care of all Teepee products and ask that you help maintain the quality.
